You can now request a transfer to pick up at any one of our satellite stores just please allow appropriate time for transfer.
Once you arrive at American Furniture Warehouse you may proceed directly to Customer Pick up, where you will present your receipt, photo ID and credit card to pick up your furniture!
The items below are some things most people don't consider when picking up furniture versus having it delivered:
American Furniture Warehouse takes care of the above items for you when furniture is delivered making the experience stress and hassle-free! Just a few things to consider when deciding whether to pick your furniture up or have it delivered.
Find the items you want, and add them to your shopping cart, but clicking the blue "Add to Cart" button.
Once the items are in your shopping cart, you will be presented with an option to change from delivery to pickup. Click the blue "Change" button above your cart
Once you decide to change from delivery, you will be able to see the inventory at all six superstore warehouses locations to determine which one has all of the items you may be looking for. To select a location, hit the grey "Select" button below the location name.
Once the location you prefer has been selected, you may then continue to checkout online.
If you have not already logged-in, you will need to do so. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

Submit payment information
When your order has been confirmed, you must print the order confirmation page as a receipt for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check your junk folder if you do not see it come into your primary folder.
Pick up your new furniture!
**Dont forget: The Credit Card you used to purchase your order, and a Photo ID.
